- write a compare/contrast
paper on the effects of volcanoes.
- create a
Power Point presentation illustrating the positive and negative
effects of volcanoes.

| Procedure: |
- Distribute
the eBuddies.
- Have the
students access the websites listed in the
Internet
Resources section below.
- Have
the students view the contents of these websites. While
viewing have students complete the chart
of positive and negative effects of volcanoes.
- Using their
charts, have students write a compare/contrast paper on the effects
of volcanoes using MS Word.
- Using Power
Point, have the students complete a slide each illustrating the
positive and negative effects of volcanoes.
